1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of DeepForge. Your access to or use of the game constitutes your acceptance of every provision below.
2. What the Game Is
DeepForge is a free, endless browser arcade game in which the player guides a lava mite through procedurally generated volcanic fissure formations using mouse or touch input. The game is characterised by:
- No real-money transactions, wagering, loot boxes, or any form of in-app purchase.
- No account creation or personal registration of any kind required.
- No violent or gory content. When the lava mite contacts a fissure wall it simply stops.
- Content appropriate for a general audience, including younger players.
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play DeepForge for non-commercial entertainment. Any commercial use, redistribution, or reverse-engineering without written permission is forbidden.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, animation, code, audio, visual design, and other content in DeepForge are the exclusive property of their respective creators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
DeepForge is provided strictly on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the game's uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular device.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of DeepForge accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game.
7. Audience and Suitability
